Aziz YENİAY
aziz_titleHe worked as an engineer and manager at Serhad Engineering Ltd. between 1986-1992. Between 1992 and 1999, he served as Municipality Council Member in different districts of Istanbul. Between 1995 and 2009, he served as the Chairman of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Zoning Board, and between 2004-2014 as Mayor of Küçükçekmece Municipality. Currently, in addition to the Chairmanship of the Board of Directors in 24 Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc., he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at 24 Real Estate Development Inc. and as a Member of the Board at Torunlar Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. Mr. Aziz Yeniay has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Fevzi ZAKİROĞLU
General Manager and Vice Chairman of the BoardHe graduated from Boğaziçi University, Civil Engineering Department in 1989 and from Boğaziçi University, Environmental Sciences Department in 1993. Between 1990 and 2000, he worked as a General Manager in various companies. He founded his own companies in 2011. He has worked on Real Estate Development for many years.
Abdullah MERİÇ
Real Estate Appraisal Expert (License Date and Number:27.12.2018-411148)He graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Civil Engineering department in 2014. After graduated, he worked as a Field Engineer at the InIstanbul construction site for a while. He carried out valuation studies in Ekspertur Real Estate Appraisal Inc. in every region of Istanbul between 2017-2019 and prepared valuation reports for banks and private institutions. He carried out studies such as urban transformation, real estate valuation, and share determination. Since 2019, he works as a Real Estate Appraiser in 24 Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc.
Ahmet Talat KARASU
He completed his bachelor's degree in Economics in Anadolu University and his master's degree in Yıldız Technical University. He worked as an assistant for 1 year at the Institute of Social Sciences of the same university. He worked in multinational companies for 2 years in Credit Rating and 3 years in Investor Consultancy. He started working at İnanlar Construction Inc. as Sales Finance Manager. He worked in all project preparation, sales, marketing, finance, after-sales, CRM and customer analytics processes of more than 20 projects during his time in the company. Since 2016, he has been working as the Sales and Marketing Director in 24 Real Estate Group; and carries out studies on sales & marketing processes, financing methods, customer analytics.
Ataman ŞENÖZ
He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics. He started his career at Garanti Bank in 1999. He took part in the bank's digital banking setup processes and management teams. He took an active role in the housing finance unit structuring. As one of the first CMB certified investment product trainers of the bank, he took part in the training of bank employees. In 2011, he started to work in Soyak Yapı as Istanbul Projects Sales Manager. He held administrative positions in sales, marketing and design teams of nearly 5,000 residences in Istanbul and Izmir. Since 2018, he has been continuing his works in ATM Invest, a company which he founded.
Ahmet Kasım DEĞERLİ
He graduated as a Civil Engineer with a double degree within the International Dual Degree Program from Istanbul Technical University and State University of New York. He completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Wales. He received an award for his master’s degree thesis on Online Advertising. Through his career, he has managed all operations during all project stages in İhlas Yapı company; sales, marketing, after-sales, and then became the Deputy General Manager in charge of Business Development. In 2015, he left İhlas Yapı and established Maven Consultancy company which provides Sales and Marketing consultancy in 15 different projects in 4 countries.
